When you hire a Distant Assistant (DA), it’s not realistic to expect them to handle every aspect of your business. That’s where ISP comes in. This program gives you access to specialized services outside the core expertise of your DA, ensuring that your business can continue to grow and operate smoothly. No need to hire additional freelancers or contractors. ISP connects you directly with expert services at a cost-effective price.
How It Works
Choose ISP Service
Select the appropriate service category based on project requirements (e.g., Graphic Design, Audio/Video Editing, or Web Development).
Submit ISP Task
Provide all relevant task details, including any project-specific guidelines, materials, and deadlines.
Wait for Task Confirmation
The ISP team will confirm receipt of the task within one business day and clarify any additional details or questions before moving forward.
ISP Payment
Complete payment as per the agreed terms to initiate the project.
Project Kickoff
The ISP team starts working on the project as outlined, with all necessary resources allocated.
Review ISP Deliverables
Review the completed work. If any changes or revisions are required, provide feedback to the ISP team.
Project Closure
Confirm that all deliverables align with expectations. Following this, you will receive the finalized project along with a summary of the hours spent.

ISP Options
DA Subscription + ISP Hours
Avail Free ISP Hours by working with a DA. As a part-time or full-time DA client, you can access 12 or 24 ISP hours per month. For ISP subscription clients, your DA acts as your project manager, coordinating all aspects of your ISP tasks. They handle every detail from start to finish, allowing you to focus on running your business while we handle the heavy lifting.
Note: Unused hours do not roll over to the next month. If you exceed your allotted hours, additional ISP hours are available at $25/hour.
Block of ISP Hours
If you need ISP services without a DA, you can purchase hours as needed for one-off projects. This option allows you to get exactly the services you require without a long-term commitment.
